Michael McLean

Michael was trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. His theatrical career has literally taken him around the globe, from London’s West End in productions such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Chess, Cats and Sweeney Todd to numerous international productions in Europe, Australia, Japan and New Zealand.

In addition Michael coaches for The Actor’s Institute in New York.

Michael has been teaching singing for over twenty five years, regularly giving masterclasses in singing, acting and audition techniques to professional, amateur and educational groups throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

Michael’s association with ‘Forest’ goes back many years, having had the privilege of teaching many of the members past and present. Michael is thrilled to be asked to be a Patron for ‘Forest’.
